If the concerns are related to an individual who work or volunteer with children in Surrey, both practitioners and parents or general public can contact the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) using the following details: Phone: 0300 123 1650 (option 3) or email LADO@surreycc.gov.uk.
The LADO will offer following: Provide advice, information, and guidance to employers and voluntary organizations. Liaising with the police and other agencies such as OFSTED and professional bodies. Monitoring the progress of referrals to ensure they are handled promptly and fairly. Ensuring the child’s voice is heard and they are safeguarded.

If you have any concerns about the development and/or learning needs of a child in Surrey, Both parents and practitioners working with children in Surrey are welcome to call the The Learners' Single Point of Access (L-SPA) using following details:
