Roses received Marie Montessori early years education as a child and since then have experienced private, semi government, government sector lead education styles during her school life as well as private boarding schools experiences in breathtakingly beautiful upcountry as well as the heavily built up capital city, Colombo. Coming out of school Rose joined a leading private bank in Sri Lanka as a banker and gained insights in to finance industry.
• Academic Achievements: Rose holds a BA (Hons) in Early Years Education and Practice as well as carried out other UK professional studies in Management, HR, finance, Law and hospitality industry. Her formal education provided her with a strong foundation in child and human development theories and pedagogical strategies, ensuring her practices are grounded in the latest research and best practices.
